The study was undertaken to assess the effects of foreign debt repayment outflow on securities market Volatility at NSE, Kenya. connection between loan and stocks volatility has not been fully examined, despite being subject financial studies. Regarding how influences market, global empirical research yielded inconsistent conclusions. findings are contradictory, which calls for additional be done in current determine international capital affects traded Kenya's NSE. utilized an explanatory methodology used secondary data focus listed institution Nairobi Securities Exchange impact outflows over period evaluated using census technique. All Share Index, a gauge volatility, negatively significantly impacted by repayments. It determined that less causes NSE equities more volatile. recommends Policy makers may need consider whether intervene exchange prevent excessive currency appreciation, adjusting interest rates, implementing fiscal stimulus or introduce regulations stabilize market.
